100 SNES games

Hey retro fans. Do you remember the old days reading magazines and discovering games by just randomly opening a page? Either you are new or an old seasoned player, I present you 100 games to play on your favorite console, the Super Nintendo! The listing comes in a magazine inspired format, as a downloadable PDF package with 66 pages. This is a free hobby project and I invite you to share it with other fans.

Purpose of this document is for reading on screen, printing it was never planned. And have in mind the order of the game list does not reflect any criteria, it is genre based and alphabetical sorted.

RetroPie is an emulator suite and operating system for Raspberry Pi. You can install it on a PC or on an ODroid too. This is just the way I play these games, you can off course use any emulator. Update: Nowadays I am playing on my PC with RetroArch, which uses the same backend of emulator suite called Libretro, but is an application for PC and other devices.

What’s inside?

The document features 66 pages. Each game have its own small description and links to the web. A few other pages are about history and that’s it. The page called Options is the table of content.

Important: I do not link to or offer Rom files for download. Please do not ask me about Roms.

Videos

I have recorded short gameplay clips and put them together in a single video. The clips are only a few seconds long, because even a few seconds add up quite fast with 100 games.
